Reception at airport, Transfer to Hotel, Night in Hotel.

Transfer to the airport for flight to Paro, Most spectacular flight you may ever have taken over high mountainous range . Assistance upon arrival and transfer to the hotel. After noon visit of Drukgyel Dzong fortress, rest time at leisure.

Morning sightseeing includes. The Ta Dzong National Museum considered to be one of the best natural and historic artifacts; 2-3 hour hike to Taktsang or the famous “ËœTiger’s Nest’ is a memorable spiritual journey. It was here that the great tantric master Guru Padmasanbhava flew in from Tibet on a Tiger to bring Buddhist teachings to Bhutan, Rest time for shopping or simply strolling through town. Paro Tsechue.

Full day visit including Changkha Lhakhang, Folk Heritage Museum and the textile Museum. Drive to BBS tower to have a glance at the national animal of Bhutan, Takin. Also visit the panting school and the Traditional your own. Night in hotel. Tsechue de Thimpu :

Morning depart for Punakha across Dochula pass which is at the height of 3,100m. Afternoon visit the Punakha Dzong and the town. The Punakha Dzong, the most beautiful Dzong in Bhutan. Punakha Dzong is built in 1637 by Shabdrung, the spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan prior to the present dynasty. It is an old capital which still serves as the winter residence of the monk body. The first King, Ugyen Wangchuck, was crowned here in 1907. It has withstood several damages from fire, earthquake and flood. The latest flood of Oct’ 94 caused great damage to the fortress but miraculously spread the statue of the Buddha Jojampa. Night in hotel. Wangdiue Phodrang Tsechue.

Enroute we will visit the ancient Wangdi Dzon and stroll in the town, further a head to Gangtey a beautiful place of rolling hills and green meadows surrounded by snowcapped mountains, you can visit the Gangtey monastery and the black necked Crane center who migrate here from Tibet during the winter months. Explore the Gantey village. Night in hotel.

Morning explore the Phobjikha valley. Continue drive to Trongsa with the beautiful view on Dzong while approaching Trongsa. Evening visit the beautiful Dzong and Ta dzong ( Watch tower ). Night in hotel. Trongsa Tsechue

Before leaving to Bumathang, visiting new museum of Trongsa. Further to Bumthang over Yuto La (3400m) to reach the most beautiful valley in Bhutan, Bumthang. Brief stop at the line of shops selling Bhutanese handicrafts before entering Bumthang. Upon arrival check in at the hotel, Evening explore the Bumthang valley.

<div> Visit Jampey Lhakhang, KuVisit Jampey Lhakhang, Kuje Lhakhang, and Tamsing Monastery. Jampey Lhakhang is one of the oldest monastery in Bhutan built in 07th century. Kuje Lhakhang is where Guru Rinpoche left the imprint of His body in the cave He was meditation. Tamsing Monastery is the private monastery where we can wash our sins if we carry the coat of nail thrice around the shrines. This coat of nail is made my Pemalingpa Himself. Also visit the Jakar Dzong. If time permits we will take an excursion to Thangbi Village where we will visit a very old Lhakhang belonging to the Karma kadju Sect. After an early breakfast, drive eastward to Mongar, visit Ura village before crossing over Thrumshing La, 3,800 mtrs,, From pass road descend to the to the alpine Sengor valley, and vegetation changes from alpine to subtropical .The Spectacular journey till Mongar take about 6 hours. Mongar is the district headquarters and built on a slope instead of the usual valley. Check in guest house or hotel, evening visit Mongar Dzong and stroll in quant village. Mongar Tsechue

After breakfast visit Mongar Dzong, Yagang lhakang, Wenkhar (community farming center) and typical local farmhouse, After lunch leave to Tashigang through forest, farms and banana groves, Tashigang clings to a steep hillside above the Gamri river, is the principal township district. Visit Tashigang Dzong, night in lodge. Tashigang Tsechue

The road descends through thick jungle before arriving at Samdrup Jongkhar. The town is biggest in eastern Bhutan and is commercial hub,it is a convenient exit to the neighboring Indian state of Assam. Visit Zangtopelri Lhakhang and stroll in the town to explore the local market.

After breakfast We will drive for almost 3 hours in the state where biggest river of India’s ” Brahmaputra” flows and forms a world biggest river island, the state where world famous Kaziranga national park located is known for one horned Rhino, Reach at Guwahati airport to catch a flight to Delhi, On arrival in Delhi, Rooms for wash and change, after diner flight to back home Note : One can extend the tour to Arunachal Pradesh for a week to discover the tribal villages and to Assam for 3 to 6 days to visit the Kaziranga national park and Majouli Island, Or at the end to visit the Golden triangle ( Delhi -Jaipur -Agra ) please consult.
